Meng is is a PhD student in the EPSRC CDT in Smart Medical Imaging at King’s College London and Imperial College London, supervised by Prof. Tom Vercauteren and Dr. Miaojing Shi. Meng received her undergraduate degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Liverpool & the University of Manchester in 2020, followed by a Master’s degree focused on medical images, artificial intelligence, and medical robotics at Imperial College London in 2021. Her project is on Semi-supervised detection and tracking of instruments for robotic surgery guidance, and her research interests include deep learning, medical imaging computing, and computer vision.
