King's College London, United Kingdom

Pushpendra Singh is a PhD researcher at King’s College London working on “Developing automated contrast-agnostic brain parcellation for neurosurgical planning and guidance” under the supervision of Dr Rachel Sparks and Prof Tom Vercauteren. His research aims to advance neurosurgical planning by developing AI-driven segmentation frameworks that remain robust across diverse imaging contrasts and acquisition settings.

Before joining King’s, he completed his MSc in Data Science from the University of Sheffield in 2023. His expertise lies in biomedical imaging and computational modeling, having worked with Brain MRI, echocardiographic images, X-rays, and endoscopic data for cholecystectomy scene analysis. His broader research interests focus on leveraging artificial intelligence for medical image segmentation, domain adaptation, and surgical scene understanding to enhance precision healthcare and accessibility.
